Squadvero stores parent accounts, parent/child relationships, team membership, availability, messages, uploaded training materials and match statistics in the site owner’s database.

Who can see information?

Team coaches can manage their squad, fixtures and availability. Parents manage children linked to their account. Team chat, announcements, training and published match statistics are visible to team members. Private coach chat is restricted to coaches. The site owner handles support tickets and site administration.

Sign-in and messages

Email passwords are stored as hashes. Google or Facebook sign-in, when configured, shares identity details with those providers. Email updates are sent using the hosting provider’s mail service. Map links open Google Maps; your browser sends the destination address to Google when you follow a link.

Your choices

Use the support area to request a correction, export or account/data deletion. The site owner must verify requests, apply an appropriate retention policy and handle any legal requirements before real families are invited.
